Menter y Ring Cyfyngedig, Garreg Llanfrothen
We supported Menter y Ring with their campaign to secure the lease of the Ring (the Brondanw Arms) and establish it as a community venture. Our support included giving advice on setting up a Community Benefit Society, community consultation, developing a business plan and a share offer document, and guidance throughout the share offer campaign. The group succeeded in raising over £200,000 and completing the lease purchase.
